Customers will also need to run the LTSR compliance tool prior to the end of mainstream support milestone. Extended Support Contracts are available for 6-month durations; therefore, a customer would need to renew the contract with Citrix every 6 months for Extended Support, based on the terms and conditions of Extended Support contracts.
