If I log on as the user to the "non-working" server via RDP then it works as well. I have no idea why the permissions are so different and that rebooting it appears to fix the problem. A reboot is not required. We will probably push this out via GPO so it applies on reboot. I can assume one of the Citrix services is running as a "Local Service" and cannot write the information to the subkeys.

Still doesn't solve the root cause though but hopefully helps someone. We will be looking at that area next time we spot it. The non-working server worked again after a reboot so need to wait until we see it again. I drained a server and rebooted it and now it's not working for that server. The status key has no sessions. Feel free to reply via the "message" option instead of posting in the discussion, if you want to send me a screen shot etc.

Red X and no audio devices are installed. If I log on as the user via RDP then it works as well. Hi palford, for , this looks like bug ID: LD - you will need to log a case with Citrix Support to get a private. Bethanien05, it looks like you have a different issue, as the above only affects VDAs and you are on R2, so I would double-check that the Citrix Audio Service is running on your VDA, as that is responsible for populating the users' audio devices in that key.
